House Rules - Villa Jura
These rules apply to the provision of services, liability and staying on the premises of "Villa Jura" and are an integral part of the contract concluded upon making the booking and payment of the advance payment or the whole amount due for the stay. By making the booking and pyament, the Guest confirms reading and acceptance of these rules.
- Check-in time: from 15.00, check-out time till 11.00
- Nights rest between 22.00 - 7.00.
- We reserve the right to remove guests who, while staying under the influence of alcohol and/or intoxicants, disturb the peaceful stay of other guests or the functioning of the house
- There is a smoking ban in the entire house (apart from specified places outside).
- Payments for the stay:
- An advance payment of 50% of the total price for the stay is required during the booking.
- The remaining amount due should be paid at the latest on the first day of the stay.
- If the Guests fail to show up, the advance payment shall not be refunded.
- The guests may not hand over the room to third parties, even if the period for which they have paid the amount due has not expired.
- SPA area (Jacuzzi, sauna, mirror room) operates between 8.00 - 12.00 and 16.00 -21.00.
- Using the sauna (within the SPA zone) requires a prior arrangement with the house manager (the sauna requires approx. 4 hours of pre-heating).
- The guests can use the area around the house (including a fireplace, parking), plots with rock and forest. In addition organized groups can use the conference room - with fireplace and the main kitchen.
- The house has an unguarded car park. The house owners shall not be responsible for damage to or loss of the cars or other vehicles belonging to the guests.
- The house accepts cats, for an additional payment according to individual arrangements. Other animals are not accepted.
- Each time when the guests leave their room, for security reasons they should turn off the TV, air conditioner, light and the taps, close the windows and ensure that the door is locked. When checking out the guest should hand over the house manager all the keys given or leave them in a determined place.
- When the air conditioning system is on, the windows should be closed.
- The rooms are cleaned after the third day of the Guests stay during their absence, and if the guests are present - after prior arrangements according to their individual wishes. It is possible to exchange bed linen, towels, etc. earlier.
- Every day, the room dustbins are emptied and the towels are changed upon request.
- The Guests shall be financially liable for all damage to or destruction of the equipment in the house caused by their fault or the fault of their visitors.
- The guests should immediately inform the house manager of any occurred damage.
- The house owners shall not be liable for the loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables or objects of scientific or artistic value.
- Items of personal use left in the room by the departing Guests shall be sent at the express request of the Guests to the indicated address at their own expense. If the Guests fail to collect the left items, the house shall store them for three months, and after that period these items shall become the property of the house. Food left by guests shall not be stored.
